Privacy Policy

Effective 12 June 2026. We review and update this policy from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.

1. About this policy

This policy explains how Platinum Digital Enterprise Pty Ltd (ABN 57 676 841 357), trading as Structly, handles your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). It applies to structly.com.au, our dashboard at app.structly.com.au, and our registration services.

2. What we collect

We collect the personal information needed to deliver our services, including:

  • Contact and identity details — your name, email, and phone number.
  • Registration details — the company, director, shareholder, trustee, and business details you provide to lodge a registration, which can include directors' full names, dates of birth, residential addresses, and tax-related information.
  • Wizard and tool inputs — the answers you give our setup wizard and the shortlists you save from the business name generator.
  • Support and chat — messages you send us, including conversations with Stanley, our assistant.
  • Usage and device data — analytics about how you use the site (pages viewed, general location, device/browser), collected via cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect payment card numbers — card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) and never reach our servers.

3. How and why we use it

We use your information to prepare and lodge your registrations, provide your dashboard and documents, process payments, respond to enquiries, send service and (where you've opted in) marketing emails, run and improve the site, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and prevent fraud or misuse. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients, only as needed to provide our services:

  • ASIC and the Australian Business Register (via our lodgement software provider) — to register and renew companies, ABNs, and business names.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Resend — sending transactional and marketing email.
  • PostHog and Google — website analytics and advertising measurement.
  • Anthropic — processing the messages you send to Stanley, our assistant.
  • Our hosting providers (Railway and Vercel) — running our application and website.
  • Professional advisers or authorities where required or permitted by law.

5. Overseas disclosure

Some of the providers above store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States (for example, our application hosting, website analytics, advertising measurement, email delivery, payment processing, and the assistant). Where we disclose information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs.

6. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access — including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations (registration and financial records are generally retained for several years), then delete or de-identify it.

7. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics (PostHog), and advertising measurement (Google Ads). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the site works.

8. Accessing and correcting your information

You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (subject to our legal retention obligations), by emailing support@structly.com.au. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

9. Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, email support@structly.com.auand we'll work to resolve it. If you're not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
